Alternatively, if you have a file for other owners’ manuals, put it with the other manuals. The manual will be very useful if you ever need to address any issues or order parts for the faucet. If your faucet has been around for several months or years, it might be rusted and stuck (just like the valve we discussed above). You can use a wire brush to clean the corrosion and apply a little penetration oil.
